Work Setting:
Inpatient Pediatric, Newborn, and Nursery Units
️ 18 beds pediatric/newborn, 5 beds nursery
Avg. daily census: 8 patients
Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient pediatric and newborn care
Perform procedures including lumbar punctures and circumcisions
Utilize Vocera Edge pager system for communication
️ Collaborate with 24/7 support from nursing, lab, respiratory therapy, radiology, ultrasound, PT, OT
Requirements:
Board Certified Pediatrician (required)
Procedural skills: lumbar puncture, circumcision
Compensation:
$2,650 per 24-hour call shift
