Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid state medical license in Pediatrics
- Proven experience in pediatric healthcare settings
- Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate bedside manner tailored to pediatric patients
Nice to Have Skills:
- Board certification in Pediatrics
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Experience in call coverage and emergency pediatric care
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of a Pediatric Residency Program
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in pediatrics
Other Requirements:
- Availability to begin call coverage starting Fridays at 7:00 a.m. through Monday at 7:00 a.m.
- Willingness to comply with all healthcare regulations and certifications
- Eligible for medical licensure and certification reimbursements as applicable
