Experience Requirements: 4 Years of PEDS experience
Experience Preferred: 5 Years
License/ Certification Requirements:
Floating Requirements: Yes between Lake and Cook County: Skokie Hospital, SKACC, Highland Park, Gurnee, Bannockburn, Vernon Hills, Glenbrook, Glenbrook CVI, Evanston
Weekend Requirements: As needed
On-Call Requirements: On call Rotation is 1 full week, every 6th week. On Call is from 4p-7a. and could be at any Lake/Cook County location.
Holiday Requirements: As needed
