Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Strong English communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Empathetic, professional, and passionate about supporting others.
Comfortable providing one-on-one peer support through text, voice, and video.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Self-motivated and able to manage a flexible schedule independently.
At least 1 year of experience in relationship support, emotional support, life coaching, accountability coaching, mental health support, or holistic wellness is preferred.
Experience in ILCT, RBT, LGBTQ+ advocacy, Supportive Living, Social Work, Crisis Intervention, DSP, Holistic Wellness, Life/Accountability Coaching, Pastoral Counseling,
Case Management, peer support, mentoring, or other people-focused roles is highly valued.
Relevant education or certifications in psychology, behavioral health, coaching, peer support, or related fields are a plus, but not required.
No clinical license is required for this role.
