Pay Range: $44 - $48/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pega Application Support Engineer to join our team in Mt Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega application support and cloud technologies, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pega application support experience including PDC – 2 years of heavy functional or technical support or Pega certifications
• Cloud Technologies & Frameworks – 2 years of technical support or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Experience with Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace – 2 years of technical support
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to successfully deliver competing priority items and identify process improvements
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Retail Banking Technology experience
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Proven success in self-managing roles with minimal supervision

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide Pega application support including PDC, ensuring high availability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead associated change initiatives
