Pega Architect - Atlanta, GA - (JK)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable workflow and case management applications while collaborating with business and technical teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect Pega-based solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead application development using Pega PRPC/Pega Platform and BPM best practices.
• Define application frameworks, integrations, workflows, and system architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution planning, and architecture discussions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Pega PRPC/Pega Platform development and architecture.
• Expertise in BPM, case management, decisioning, and workflow automation.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Strong understanding of system design, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pega CSA/CSSA/LSA certifications preferred.
• Experience in banking, healthcare, insurance, or enterprise digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.
