• Pay Rate: $80.00 $90.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support business processes and enhance overall efficiency. This is a backfill position supporting BAU and project-related work within a collaborative team of nine professionals at a leading financial institution. The role offers extension and conversion possibilities, providing strong long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications to support business processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Participate in 1 2 hours of meetings per day, collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pega Developer
• Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega application development
• Proficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration
• One or more Pega Architect certifications
• Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Banking/financial industry experience

Education Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience
• One or more Pega Architect certifications required

Required Experience

• 8 10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 8 years working as a Pega Developer
