Description
We're looking for an experienced Pega Developer with 10 years under their belt to lead the charge in designing, developing, and optimizing business process management (BPM) solutions. As a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), you'll bring your expertise in Pega PRPC—specifically version 8.6 and above—to deliver scalable, high-performing applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions using Pega PRPC 8.6 or higher, adhering to best practices. Utilize your strong knowledge of Services (SOAP, REST) and Connectors to integrate Pega applications with external systems flawlessly. Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to turn requirements into actionable technical designs. Optimize workflows, case management, and rules to boost system performance and enhance user satisfaction. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, keeping systems running smoothly with minimal disruption. Mandatory Skills: Expertise in Pega PRPC 8.6 and above, including case management, rules engine, and UI development. Strong proficiency in configuring and implementing Pega Services and Connectors for seamless integrations. Optional Skills (Nice-to-Have): Experience with Splunk for monitoring and analytics. Knowledge of MongoDB for NoSQL database management. Familiarity with Oracle database systems and SQL. Soft Skills: A sharp problem-solver with a creative streak for tackling tough challenges. Great communication skills to connect with both technical and business teams. A collaborative spirit with a proactive mindset and a drive to deliver excellence.
