Job Title: Pega Developer with BPM & Java
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Key Requirements:
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega BPM with CSSA/CLSA-level expertise.
• 5+ years of professional Java/J2EE development experience.
• Strong experience with Pega customization, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch migrations.
• Experience designing and developing REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, class structures, data models, and guardrails.
• Experience with performance tuning, memory management, and high-concurrency applications.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Retail/Store application experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and provide architectural guidance for critical business applications.
