Job Description
Position: Pega Lead BA Location: Schaumburg, IL - Hybrid Duration: 6 Months Rate: DOE US Citizens and Green cards are Preferred.- Lead the capture and analysis of business requirements and convert them into detailed process flows and system designs using Pega 8.x.
- Conduct and facilitate requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed documentation for business processes and systems integration using Pega.
- Coordinate with IT and business units to ensure the Pega solutions meet business needs and performance goals.
- Manage user acceptance testing of the Pega solutions, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon requirements.
