Position Title: Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA)
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Hybrid / Remote)
Duration: Fulltime

Role:
Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) As key personnel, the analysts will be fully dedicated to the project's success and analysts play a crucial role in evaluating, analyzing, and improving computer systems to align with business goals. The positions involve understanding organizational processes and providing expert guidance to optimize systems for better performance and efficiency.

Minimum Experience:
  • Evaluate current computer systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend modifications.
  • Conduct cost benefit and risk analysis for system updates and improvement.
  • Document requirements for workflows/operation functions or documenting integrations.
  • Work closely with business leaders and IT teams to define system requirements.
  • Ensure delivered systems meet business and user expectations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system specifications, processes, and updates.
  • Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting for system related issues.
  • Perform analysis on data intake and integration needs for technical enablers and system data needs.

Minimum Education /Certifications
  • 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, specializing in Pega and Java
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Certified as a Business Architect with the Lead Business Architect designation is required depending on role of the contractors.
  • Proven experience in IT management roles, preferably as a contractor.
  • A Bachelor of Science (BS) in computer science (CS) field is required.
  • Highly knowledgeable in Pega, Objected Oriented Programming Concepts and Patterns, XML, REST, Spring Boot/microservices, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, technologies, and workflow architecture.
  • Ability to deliver results within tight project deadlines.
Compensation:
The expected compensation range for this position is $147,000 – $190,000 annually. Compensation is determined in good faith and may vary based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, clearance level, labor category alignment, contract requirements, work location, internal equity, and business needs.
The posted range reflects the Sky’s reasonable estimate at the time of posting and does not guarantee a specific salary or rate. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and applicable contractual and business considerations.
