Technical/Functional Skills · We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade applications using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Pega PRPC development, end-to-end application delivery, and proven experience working with Pega Constellation architecture. · · Key Responsibilities: · • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Pega applications aligned with business requirements. · • Lead application design discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams. · • Implement solutions using Pega Constellation framework and best practices. · • Develop workflows, case management solutions, integrations, decisioning, and user interfaces. · • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. · • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance. · • Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and application security requirements. · • Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, and release

Roles & Responsibilities · Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implementation · Help enable PEGA experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainings
Education · Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Role Descriptions: Certified in CSA and CSSA (preferably 8.X)Familiarity of all major Pega rules typically used in any workflow orchestration applications5+ years of hands-on development experience of application modules based on design specificationsUnderstands and applies the best practices/Pega guardrails in the development processUnderstanding of Pega security models| rule-based accesses and application of the knowledge in developmentExperience of having 2-3 Pega application development| roll out and supportUnderstanding of performance tuning in Pega applications| elementary knowledge on database objects like tables| indexes| joins etc.Ability to lead functional modules with 2-3 team members| by guiding them in development and adherence to the best practicesRegular communication with stakeholders as neededAbility to trouble shoot any exception / failure scenario
