PEGA Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist for PEGA will be responsible for leading and managing PEGA development projects, ensuring the successful implementation of PEGA solutions, and providing technical expertise in all aspects of PEGA application design and development.

The role will involve collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver high-quality PEGA solutions that meet business requirements and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage PEGA development projects from inception to completion

2. Design and develop PEGA applications according to business needs and requirements

3. Provide technical guidance and expertise in PEGA technologies to the development team

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure successful delivery of PEGA solutions

5. Perform PEGA application testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance

6. Stay updated on the latest PEGA trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the quality of solutions delivered

7. Mentor junior team members and provide technical support as needed

Skill Requirements

1. Strong experience in PEGA application design, development, and implementation

2. Proficiency in PEGA PRPC (PEGA rules process commander) platform

3. Sound knowledge of PEGA application architecture, data modeling, and ui design

4. Ability to lead and manage PEGA development projects effectively

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross functional teams

7. PEGA CSSA (certified senior system architect) certification is a plus

Certification: PEGA CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is preferred
