Requirement: Must meet Citizenship & Public Trust eligibility requirements
NOTE: Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Bachelor\'s Degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems.
Minimum of 15 years of technical leadership experience
Direct experience in leading large-scale Pega developments
Certifications include Pegasystems Certified System Architect.
Certified Scrum Master (or ability to become Scrum Certified).
PMP highly desired
Experience in Low Code / No Code development
Alignment of Pega capabilities with other platforms to enable OJP in utilizing optimal and most efficient platform usage
Knowledge of utilizing Pega in a multi-platform environment through hybrid systems
Knowledge of cutting edge Pega development using Blueprint AI coding
Experience with Pega Dynamic Case Management, Pega Deployment Manager, Pega Surveys, and Pega Business Intelligence Exchange Tool.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
