This program requires a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance. The selected candidate shall not start work until authorization and first day logistics are approved by the program.Anakim Consulting is hiring multiple Pega Testers to support a government program. The Testers will support customization and modernization of processes and applications through scaled Agile development and process improvement within a quickly growing enterprise case management implementation on the Pega platform.Job DutiesSupport User Acceptance Test (UAT) across multiple Agile product teams for complex hardware and software applicationsAnalyze user requirements, develop test scripts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project deliverySupport UAT activities between the testing team and product teamDevelop, maintain, and upgrade test scripts and architecture for application productsWrite, implement, and report status for system test cases for testingMonitor, track, and report progress of UAT testingAnalyze test cases and provide regular status reportsSupport Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) activities such as navigation across features and logging defectsLead and/or participate in risk management assessments and software/hardware development for analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selectionTrack progress against defect closureCreate status summary reportsCollaborate with Test Lead on recommendations based on the outcome of testing effortsFollow SAFe agile testing guiding principlesLead and/or participate in meetings to discuss and plan testing activitiesAssist with best practices for elaboration, configuration, testing, and trainingInteract across teams and/or with vendors, as assignedOther duties, as assigned, according to Pega Tester role/levelPosition RequirementsMultiple Openings for Journeyman, Mid, Senior/Lead, and SME roles.Eligibility Requirements (all positions)U.S. citizenship, no dual citizenshipCurrent IRS MBI access or ability to obtain (unable to start work until security access is authorized)Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree pending customer approvalPosition requirements vary by level and may include:1–15 years of related experience (depending on role level)Demonstrated experience with Pega and other low-code COTS platform testing suites, capabilities, and functionalitiesProficiency with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on Pega platformExperience monitoring, tracking, and reporting progress of UAT testingExperience tracking progress against defect closureExperience developing reports such as defects and testing outcomesExperience developing and maintaining testing documentationDemonstrated experience contributing to working group meetings and supporting a highly collaborative environmentAdvanced skills working across Microsoft Office Suite including ExcelDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills to interact with functional and technical team members including working directly with client stakeholdersExperience managing work independently and organizing workloads to meet project deadlinesAbility to work as a team player, problem solver, and seek consensus with team membersPreferred experienceActive Treasury Public Trust Clearance (IRS MBI) is preferredScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification and/or prior implementation with Scaled Agile Framework is preferredExperience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) management such as navigation across features and logging defects is preferredPega certification is a plusEqual Employment Opportunity StatementAnakim Consulting is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
