Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

About the role

We're searching for a proficient and passionate Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to enhance our team. In this position, you'll work directly with patients in delivering specialized treatment plans and be part of a devoted team leading the way in pelvic health therapy.

This is an on-site role located in Lake Oswego, OR. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

What you'll do

1. Provide specialized one-on-one patient care, diagnosing, and treating a range of pelvic floor conditions.
2. Design and implement individualized treatment plans, modifying as necessary to achieve optimal results.
3. Educate patients about their conditions, preventative methods, and self-care techniques.
4. Cooperate with our committed team to offer a comprehensive approach to patient care.
5. Maintain thorough and current patient records to efficiently track progress.

Qualifications

We’re seeking candidates that have:

1. A Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
2. State licensure to practice physical therapy.
3. At least one year of experience in pelvic floor physical therapy.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
5. A personal commitment to high ethical standards and a patient-centric philosophy.

We also consider it a plus if you have:

1. Certification in pelvic floor physical therapy from a recognized institution (e.g., H&W, APTA, EIM, etc.)
2. Additional training in relevant subject matters (such as trauma-informed care)
3. Experience working with diverse patient populations

Compensation

We value our team and believe that fair and competitive compensation is crucial. The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience/qualifications and includes both a base salary and profit share.
