Role Description
Treat 1:1 for 1- and 2-hour sessions. Preventative and Rehab care. Ongoing training and mentoring provided. Minimal paperwork as this is a cash-based private clinic. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT), based in Richmond, VA. The therapist will provide care to diverse populations managing conditions like pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy/postnatal challenges, and preventative care. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments and treatment, patient POC management, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, light marketing and active participation in community wellness initiatives. *32/36/40 hour patient care week

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, ideally with experience or continuing education in dry needling, pelvic health, lymphatic drainage, sports, yoga or other special skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to foster patient relationships
- Mindset open to growth, learning and challenging beliefs
- Valid Virginia state license or compact agreement to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
- A passion for holistic wellness to support specialized populations, including postpartum, menopausal, trauma survivors and gender-affirming individuals, is highly valued
