PEM Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Advance Services has an immediate opening for a PEM Machine Operator for a local manufacturing facility in Grand Island, NE! We are looking for motivated candidates with manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment to install quality fasteners and produce accurate fabricated components in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Duties:

• Operate PEM insertion equipment to install fasteners into metal components
• Load, position, and secure parts correctly into the machine
• Set up and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure proper installation
• Inspect completed parts for accuracy, alignment, and quality standards
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications
• Use measuring tools to verify part dimensions and placement of fasteners
• Identify and report quality issues or equipment concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality

Pay: $20+/hour
Shift: 2nd 
Hours: 2:30 pm to 11 pm
