You will oversee the operations and performance of 9 schools within your assigned region (York & Harrisburg Counties), driving educational excellence, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Develop Teams

Coach and support School Directors through training, performance reviews, and development. Set goals, drive accountability, and support new school integrations.

  • Drive Operational Excellence

Oversee operations across 9 schools, ensuring compliance with licensing, health, safety, and company standards.

  • Grow Enrollment & Family Satisfaction

Drive enrollment growth, support family engagement, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

  • Manage Business Performance

Lead regional financial performance, including revenue, occupancy, staffing efficiency, expenses, and profitability.

  • Ensure Educational Quality

Ensure high-quality curriculum delivery, classroom experiences, and educator development across all schools.

  • Recruit, Retain & Collaborate

Partner with Recruitment, HR, Enrollment, Compliance, and Facilities teams to support regional success.

  • Oversee Facilities

Ensure maintenance requests are completed, and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Who You Are:

  • HS Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 5-7+ years of leadership experience in Early Childhood Education or multi-site operations. (Required)
  • An associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field. We will consider candidates with relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to meet all licensing, background check, health clearance, and certification requirements. Required.
