We are seeking a Truck Rental Manager & Rental Desk Agent to join our team!

Responsibilities:
• Manage vehicle work with cooperate office
• Customer Service Professional
• Collect on unpaid rentals use a computer with business application
• Entry of new customer reservations
• Entry of new rental contracts on Corporate website
• Completion of rental contracts on Corporate website upon return of vehicle
• Inspect vehicle before rental and upon return
• Review logs and arrange for vehicle maintenance based on Corporate schedule

Qualifications:
• Experience in driving vans to 26 foot box trucks all local, customer service, or other related fields.  CDL not required but is a plus.
• Clean driving record
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Computer experience
• Detail Oriented
• Able to work based on deadlines
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to communicate thoughts clearly
• Command of English language both verbally and written
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience with Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with Gmail
• Able to follow directions

Days & Times
• Office is open for business 7 days a week
• 7:30 am to 8 PM hours available
• Full time to qualified Persons showing good work ethics
• Salary commensurate on experience
