Own maintenance, administration, and ongoing optimization of analytics platforms and datasets. Perform complex statistical analysis and apply mining, modeling, and testing techniques to enable robust data analysis. Support key components of the data management ecosystem, including data pipelines, reporting layers, and analytics models. Interpret business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions at the business unit level. Lead improvement initiatives within the span of control and manage implementation through completion. Contribute to the design and execution of reporting strategies and visualization standards. Build and deliver complex dashboards and reports, identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in workforce data. Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders. Serve as the primary subject‑matter expert for Qlik analytics, dashboards, and self‑service reporting. Design and manage dashboards covering headcount, turnover, talent acquisition, total rewards, and other key HR areas. Support strategic workforce planning initiatives, including scenario modeling and forecasting. Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to define workforce KPIs aligned to organizational strategy. Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling manner. Champion HR data governance standards and reporting best practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements (e.g., EEO, GDPR, SOX). Create and maintain documentation, metadata, and data dictionaries. Document “as‑is” and “to‑be” processes and define analytics requirements to support future‑state capabilities. Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Visier). Troubleshoot data and system issues, taking ownership through resolution. Technical Skills Advanced experience with Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud, including data modeling, scripting, dashboard development, and optimization. Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (Access a plus). Experience integrating and analyzing data from HRIS, payroll, talent, and external data sources. Baseline knowledge of Workday reporting, including familiarity with standard reports and HR data outputs. Understanding of ETL processes, data transformations, and data validation techniques.
