On the day-to-day, you will:

• Carry out system-based processes including communications with incoming team members, HRIS records, and compliance documentation
• Maintain records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
• Assist team members and supervisors with questions and processes relating to pre-boarding processes, payroll, policies, and compliance
• Participate in team documentation, process improvements, and other initiatives

Job requirements include:

• Interest in human resources function
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fanatical attention to detail
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables) preferred

We are seeking a People Assistant who is curious, organized, collaborative, and eager to grow within the Human Resources field. Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.

$24.39 - $32.20 USD
