About the Role: The Americas People Business Partner Lead is responsible for providing expert HR consultation across the Americas region, including the US, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM. This role supports managers and employees on a wide range of people‑related matters, helping to maintain a positive, fair, and engaging work environment. The position serves as a trusted advisor to People Team leaders and business leaders and plays a key role in improving HR processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the HR operational subject matter expert for the Americas region.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management, restructuring, employee relations, conflict resolution, accommodations, hybrid‑work issues, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations.
• Oversee resolution of employee concerns in a way that mitigates risk and supports a positive work environment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to People Team leaders and business leaders by applying HR expertise, business acumen, and strong influencing skills.
• Lead and improve HR process efficiencies, identifying opportunities for optimization and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and Centers of Excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• SPHR‑CP or PHR certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, HR Business Partner roles, or HR Centers of Excellence in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting a technology or highly transformative environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, and work with urgency.
• High accuracy in compliance, data management, and reporting.
