Summary:
The People Center Coordinator is a key member of the People Center team and a primary point of contact for employee questions and support across our Williston and Winooski facilities. This role supports a wide range of human resources responsibilities, including new hire onboarding and orientations, benefits enrollment support, payroll support, and day-to-day People Center administration. The Coordinator works closely with the Vice President - People Center and the Senior Generalist - People Center to help deliver accurate, timely, and confidential HR services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Senior Generalist - People Center to coordinate new employee orientations and benefits enrollment, including preparing paperwork, entering data into HR systems, and maintaining accurate files.
- Serve as a front-line resource by answering employee questions and providing timely, accurate information on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Support employee relations activities, including documentation and participation in investigations of employee concerns as directed.
- Coordinate support for temporary employees, including onboarding coordination and required safety training support for the Williston and Winooski facilities.
- Assist with employee separations by coordinating required paperwork, processing steps, and file maintenance.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as copying/scanning, distributing documents, and maintaining supplies as needed.
- Maintain confidential employee records by filing documents accurately and in accordance with retention and privacy requirements.
- Support People Center initiatives and special projects; provide administrative support to the Vice President - People Center and Senior Generalist - People Center as needed.
- Assist with employee events (e.g., company meetings, holiday events, and recognition activities).
- Support and adhere to Twincraft's policies, procedures, and values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
