    Are you a strategic People & Culture professional who thrives on developing talent, partnering with leaders, and driving continuous improvement? At Intralox, one of the world's leading innovators in conveyance solutions, we are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives.

    Our People & Culture team helps shape the behaviors, skills, and employee experience that support Intralox's business philosophy. Initially focused on our Production organization in Hoofddorp, this role offers the opportunity to support additional business functions over time. Working closely with leaders and employees, you'll help drive engagement, leadership development, performance, and organizational effectiveness. You'll join a collaborative team that believes great business results start with engaged employees, strong leadership, and a culture of continuous improvement.

    As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on partnership. You'll influence both business results and employee experience by coaching leaders, developing talent, driving change, and creating practical people solutions that support long-term success.

    Job Responsibilities and Requirements

    What you'll do

    • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that strengthen organizational capability, employee engagement, and business performance
    • Coach managers and supervisors on performance management, employee development, and workforce planning to build high-performing teams and support long-term growth
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development
    • Lead talent and succession planning initiatives that identify, develop, and retain key talent to meet current and future business needs
    • Design and deliver leadership and business philosophy training that strengthens capabilities and reinforces Intralox's culture and values
    • Own the logistics and coordination of onboarding foundation training programmes, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new employees
    • Conduct employee touchpoints across the employee lifecycle to enhance engagement, retention, and the overall employee experience
    • Drive employee relations initiatives and provide guidance on complex people matters to support fair, consistent, and effective decision-making
    • Lead continuous improvement projects that enhance People & Culture processes, increase organizational effectiveness, and support operational excellence
    • Partner with leaders on organizational design, change management, and communication initiatives that enable business growth and team effectiveness
    • Leverage employee feedback, workforce insights, and business priorities to identify opportunities and implement practical people solutions that support long-term success
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create a world-class employee experience that reflects our values and supports business objectives

    What you bring

    • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Adult Education, or a related discipline preferred.
    • Experience partnering with leaders to drive talent, performance, and organizational development initiatives
    • Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
    • Fluency in English
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, employee engagement platforms, learning management systems, and virtual collaboration tools
    • A proactive mindset with the confidence and resilience to navigate ambiguity and influence positive change.
    • Thrives in a collaborative, self-managed environment where ownership and continuous improvement are valued.

    Nice-to-have qualifications

    • Dutch language skills
    • Experience designing and delivering training or leadership development programs
    • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
