SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions at PUBLIC, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, training, and policy implementation. This role ensures a positive workplace culture while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and supporting operational leadership through strategic human resource initiatives.
