About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Analyst to join our People Shared Services team. As a Tier 2 specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining employee data in our HR information systems, handling escalated data issues, and supporting system improvements. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development within the People Operations team.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately enter and update employee data in HR information systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR systems.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and documents.
  • Collaborate with People team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Support People processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee data management.
  • Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Handle escalated data issues and support system improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in a data entry role, preferably within an HR or shared service center environment.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and data management tools.
