    Job Description

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelors degree. Five years of progressively responsible experience in public or business administration, operational management, program coordination, budget preparation, or warehouse operations, including supervisory experience, is required. Additional progressively responsible experience in public or business administration, operational management, program coordination, budget preparation, or warehouse operations, including supervisory experience, may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

    Recruitment Notes

    The Assistant Division Director supports the administration and oversight of the Business Services Division's operations, including budget monitoring, contract administration, warehouse management, and service delivery. The role provides guidance to staff, monitors performance and resource needs, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting policy and procedure implementation, preparing reports, and coordinating special projects across Business Services functional areas, as well as Division and County departments.
