PTMA Financial Solutions is seeking an HRIS Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of our HR information systems, benefits programs, and internal employee resources. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and employee experience — maintaining accurate records in our HRIS, keeping benefits administration running smoothly, and ensuring the HR intranet is a reliable, up-to-date resource for employees. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with HR technology, and enjoys creating clear, accessible content and processes. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO - relocation is not provided.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Administration
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Rippling), ensuring data accuracy across new hires, status changes, transfers, and terminations.
Process and audit workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes.
Generate standard and ad hoc reports for HR, Finance, and leadership.
Support system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting; partner with IT on integrations and data flows.
Help maintain data integrity through regular audits and reconciliation.
Benefits Administration
Support day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and qualifying life events.
Coordinate with carriers and vendors (e.g., Unum for leave and disability, WEX for HSA/FSA) on eligibility, deductions, and issue resolution.
Assist with open enrollment logistics, communications, and system setup.
Reconcile benefits deductions and support premium remittance and payroll accuracy.
Respond to employee benefits questions with a helpful, service-minded approach.
Intranet & Employee Resources
Maintain and update the HR intranet, ensuring policies, forms, and resources are current and easy to find.
Create and organize employee-facing content, guides, and FAQs.
Partner with HR team members to publish communications and keep the site aligned with current policies and programs.
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in an HR, HRIS, or benefits administration role.
Hands-on experience maintaining or contributing to an intranet or internal content/knowledge platform.
Working knowledge of benefits administration processes and terminology.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong general systems aptitude.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with confidential data.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Rippling
Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
Familiarity with HR compliance topics (FMLA, ADEA, benefits regulations).
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
