Position Summary The People Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day administration of people processes across the employee lifecycle. The People Operations Assistant will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, compliance activities, and offboarding processes. This role helps maintain accurate employee records, coordinates onboarding and offboarding activities, responds to routine employee questions, and assists with benefits, compliance, reporting, and people programs.
