Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level People Operations Associate. This role focuses on supporting employee programs, onboarding coordination, HR administration, employee engagement initiatives, and people-related operations.

Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Assist with HR communications and internal announcements
- Schedule meetings, training sessions, and employee events
- Support benefits administration and employee support requests
- Track employee documentation and compliance requirements
- Assist with HR reporting and people analytics activities
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes and updates
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Support policy administration and HR operations
- Help improve employee experience programs and processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, HR, or support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- People-focused and team-oriented mindset
