As our People Operations Partner for Clinical Programs & Workforce Strategy, you''ll serve as a trusted HR advisor, collaborating with clinical leaders to strengthen workforce planning, support employee success, maintain regulatory compliance, and help advance key initiatives including our evolving Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) programs.

Job Description

The People Operations Partner serves as the dedicated HR business partner for our Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health programs. This position combines employee relations expertise, workforce strategy, regulatory knowledge, and clinical operations support to ensure our healthcare teams remain compliant, engaged, and positioned for success.

Working closely with clinical leadership and the Director of Compliance & Credentialing, you''ll help align talent initiatives, workforce planning, credentialing considerations, and employee relations practices to support high-quality patient care and operational excellence. You''ll also play an important role in developing organization-wide job architecture, career pathways, and workforce planning strategies that support long-term growth and sustainability

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health leaders.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace concerns, performance management, and corrective action processes.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, internal transfers, and organizational changes within clinical programs.
• Manage employee separations, retirements, and transition activities in partnership with leadership.
• Partner closely with Compliance & Credentialing to align hiring, performance management, privileging, licensure, and separation activities.
• Help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Provide backup support for credentialing and compliance functions when needed.
• Coordinate immigration-related processes for eligible healthcare professionals, including H-1B visa activities.
• Support the creation and maintenance of job families, career pathways, and organizational leveling structures.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop workforce planning and succession planning strategies.
• Create practical tools such as job descriptions, leveling guides, and career framework resources.
• Assist with wage band development and market compensation analysis initiatives.
• Provide coaching and development guidance to leaders across clinical programs.
• Conduct or support employee relations investigations.
• Participate in culture initiatives, leadership training programs, and manager development efforts.
• Collaborate across the People Operations team to support organizational priorities and special projects.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive HR experience within healthcare, behavioral health, FQHC, or similarly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements and their impact on HR practices.
• Experience managing employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Proven ability to build productive partnerships with clinical leaders and compliance teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or comparable HR certification, or a commitment to obtaining certification.
• Experience administering or monitoring provider contracts and agreements.
• Background in job architecture, job evaluation, organizational design, or workforce strategy.
• Experience working with Rippling HRIS.
