People Partner - Transportation

• Partner with facility leadership to build, develop, and sustain high-performing teams and a strong associate experience.
• Lead and support staffing, talent development, training, associate relations, performance management, and other core People processes.
• Coach leaders, identify development opportunities, and strengthen leadership capability across the operation.
• Use data, insights, and strong attention to detail to identify trends, solve problems, and improve People processes.
• Help establish scalable routines, standards, and programs as the new transportation facility grows.

The annual salary range for this position is $92,400.00 - $138,600.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
