POSITION SUMMARY:
As a key member of the Human Resources team, the People Services Administrator provides administrative and operational support across all core HR functions. This role supports employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits support, and employee relations documentation. The position requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing and unionized environment.
