Must-Haves
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.)
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience
Experience leading HR functions across multiple disciplines including: Employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management.
Experience supervising HR staff
Nice-To-Haves
Healthcare experience (acute care hospital strongly preferred)
Labor Relations (Union experience, administering collective bargaining agreements, handling grievances and arbitration preparation)
HR Certifications (preferably SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
Rural healthcare experience
Multi-union environment experience
