Overview:
We are seeking a collaborative and people-focused People Services Manager to join our CoralTree Residence Collection Hawaii team. Reporting to the Area Director of People Services, this role partners with General Managers and department leaders across our Hawaii portfolio to support property operations through effective People Services programs and practices. The People Services Manager plays an important role in fostering a positive workplace culture by supporting employee relations, recruitment, performance management, engagement initiatives, compliance, and leadership development efforts. Working closely with operational leaders, this position helps ensure team members have the resources, support, and guidance needed to deliver exceptional experiences for owners, guests, and one another.

Yearly Salary Range: $72,000 - $83,000

Responsibilities:
The People Services Manager partners with operational leaders to support the full employee lifecycle and promote a positive, engaged workplace culture. This role provides guidance and support in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, leadership development, engagement initiatives, and compliance while helping implement People Services programs that support business objectives. Through collaboration, sound judgment, and a service-oriented approach, the People Services Manager helps create an environment where team members can thrive and contribute to exceptional owner and guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience
- Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience required; five (5) years preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting managers and leaders in employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hospitality, resort, hotel, or service industry experience strongly preferred
- Multi-property or multi-location experience preferred
- Experience in a unionized environment is preferred
- Internal HR investigation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships, influence outcomes, and maintain confidentiality in a professional environment.
- An HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus
- A valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel between properties and islands, as needed
