    Job Summary:

    The PeopleSoft Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, maintenance, and monitoring of PeopleSoft environments within the organization. This role requires extensive experience managing PeopleSoft Server components, including Application Servers, Process Scheduler Servers, Tuxedo, WebLogic Servers, PIA (PeopleSoft Internet Architecture), Application Messaging, Integration Broker, and SQL Server. Additionally, the administrator will be responsible for migration activities, applying tax updates, patches, tools upgrades, and PUM upgrades.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments.
    • Administer and monitor PeopleSoft Application Servers, Process Scheduler Servers, and WebLogic Servers.
    • Manage and troubleshoot Tuxedo, PIA, Application Messaging, and Integration Broker.
    • Perform migration activities, tax updates, patches, tools upgrades, and PUM upgrades.
    • Optimize system performance and ensure high availability.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
    • Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure smooth PeopleSoft operations.
    • Conduct reviews with staff to transition knowledge and ensure process continuity.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator managing enterprise environments.
    • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, server components, and administration.
    • Expertise in SQL Server and database administration related to PeopleSoft.
    • Experience with PeopleSoft updates, patches, tools upgrades, and PUM upgrades.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong documentation and knowledge transfer abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with cloud-based PeopleSoft environments.
    • Familiarity with automation and scripting for PeopleSoft administration.
    • Certification in PeopleSoft Administration or related technologies.
