Narrative Description of Position:

The consultant will provide technical support and development services for PeopleSoft HRMS and Financials systems in coordination with the existing PeopleSoft team. Responsibilities include analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues; performing root cause analysis; and supporting system integrations and batch processes.

The consultant will design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleTools technologies such as Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, and Fluid/UI components. They will support data fixes, SQL performance tuning, and database-level analysis.

Additional duties include assisting with system upgrades, patches, and regulatory updates; supporting interfaces with third-party systems; maintaining technical documentation; and participating in code reviews, migration processes, and release management. The consultant will also collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring adherence to development standards and best practice.

Level of Education B.S. or B.A. Degree
Years of experience 10 or more years of experience as a Peoplesoft Developer on Peoplesoft Financials and HRMS
Certification(s) Degree in computer science or related field
DESIRED SPECIFICATIONS: Not required, but desire experience in these specifications for this position.
Other Extensive experience in Public Sector as a Peoplesoft Developer .Experience with ERP implementations and migrations to new ERP platforms from Peoplesoft (nice to have).
Communications Requirements Experience with ticketing systems, working in a team and proving updates on work items including production support issues
Work Environment Working independently in a team fostered environment. Hybrid telework/office setting work environment.
