Senior PeopleSoft FSCM General Ledger Business Analyst:

Seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft FSCM General Ledger Business Analyst to support concurrent PeopleSoft FSCM upgrade and implementation initiatives within a large government financial systems environment. The consultant will be responsible for requirements analysis, business process documentation, stakeholder engagement, system testing, training support, and project deliverables across multiple project phases.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with PeopleSoft FSCM General Ledger and Commitment Accounting modules, state government accounting practices, CAPPS Financials, Scrum methodology, and end-to-end testing activities.
Analyze business objectives and identify process improvement opportunities.
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Conduct meetings and workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Create detailed business analysis deliverables and project documentation.
Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
Support PeopleSoft FSCM implementation and upgrade projects.
Facilitate requirements gathering and solution review sessions.
Develop test scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation.
Perform end-to-end system testing and validation.
Support multiple testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Conduct reconciliation activities across financial systems.
Develop training materials and support end-user training activities.
Present project updates, requirements, and testing results to stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business users.
Support Agile Scrum ceremonies and project activities.
Maintain project documentation and status reporting.
