Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Lead to drive end-to-end delivery across PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and AMS/production support programs.

The ideal candidate will combine strong PeopleSoft functional expertise with hands-on technical knowledge and delivery leadership. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, functional consultants, and onsite/offshore delivery teams to design scalable solutions, manage releases, resolve critical issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership

• Lead requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable PeopleSoft solutions.
• Provide cross-module expertise across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, FSCM, and Supply Chain.
• Assess business impact, process dependencies, and configuration impacts.
• Drive process optimization and PeopleSoft best practices.

Technical Leadership

• Review and approve technical designs, development approaches, and customization strategies.
• Provide technical oversight across PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, PS Query, and Fluid UI.
• Govern integrations with third-party systems, payroll providers, IAM/AD, middleware, and ERP/GL platforms.
• Ensure coding, architecture, security, and performance standards are followed.

Delivery, Release & Support

• Lead AMS and production-support delivery for PeopleSoft applications and integrations.
• Manage P1/P2 incidents, escalations, service restoration, and coordinated issue resolution.
• Drive RCA, recurring-issue elimination, backlog management, and SLA/KPI reporting.
• Lead PUM image adoption, PeopleTools upgrades, patching, retrofits, and release readiness.
• Support SIT/UAT and production deployments.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

• Lead onsite/offshore functional, technical, and administration teams.
• Manage team capacity, escalations, mentoring, and quality reviews.
• Conduct stakeholder and executive communications.
• Lead steering-committee meetings and provide delivery updates.
• Drive automation, knowledge management, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of PeopleSoft techno-functional experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing onsite/offshore teams.
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and production support.
• Proven experience with PeopleTools upgrades and integration projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and consulting skills.
