This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns, develop actionable insights, and optimize CRM efforts to drive engagement and fandom.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in planning and execution of email marketing campaignsLiaise with various NBC Sports business units, including CE, production, programming, Peacock, digital, social, and local stations to partner with and support CRM plans around key programming and milestones.Conduct quality assurance of all email campaignsCoordinate and organize digital assets for email campaignsCollect and evaluate email reporting metricsMaintain the email calendar and send out weekly updates to the Marketing teamEnsure that daily email activities are completed and deployed on timeOrganize the distribution of daily, weekly, monthly newslettersKeep up with the latest email best practices and marketing trendsAdminister content creation for email distributionTroubleshoot and fix any problems that may happen during the generation, deployment, and delivery of emailsManage the end-to-end email production process through successful conceptualizing, coding, editing, QA, and deployment.Facilitate the approval process, route previews to internal stakeholders and implement all revisions.Coordinate newsletter content, schedules and deployments across multiple brandsAssist in developing comprehensive reports detailing all key email marketing metrics including delivery, open rates, click rates, conversion, opt-out, and segmentation analysisWork closely with creative project management and internal stakeholders to track and ensure assets and feedback are delivered on time.Working knowledge of email service platform (Braze or similar); work with email templates to build and deploy emails, create automations and journeys, set up A/B tests, and build customer segmentsEnsure that marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelinesAssist in developing marketing plansQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferredSome relevant email production experience preferred. Internship experience is acceptable.Excellent written and verbal communication including strong copywriting, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.Excellent organizational and prioritization skillsSelf-starter with strong attention to detail and a curiosity to learnWorks well under tight deadlines and a high-growth environmentKnowledge of Braze or email service platforms, and Adobe PhotoshopAdditional RequirementsHybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
