POSITION SUMMARY The Diet Aide I position is the job classification that includes the eight hour dishwashing position and the 3 hour part-time positions that work the afternoon shift. The jobs may include any of the following: dishwashing and pot and pan washing, sweeping and mopping, preparing the cold items on tally sheets, dispensing of tally sheet items, setting up patient trays, disposal of trash and recycling.
