This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced provider who enjoys treating a broad r ange of acute concerns in a supportive, patient-centered rural environment while benefiting from flexible scheduling and excellent work/life balance.

Clinic & Schedule Highlights:

• Outpatient same-day/walk-in care
• Clinic Hours: Monday Saturday, 8am 6pm (Closed Sundays)
• 10-hour shifts with flexible, per diem schedule
• No call
• On-site imaging
• Supported by medical assistants, front office staff, and a network of specialists

Qualifications:

• FNP or PA with active Arizona license and DEA with prescriptive authority
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) and current BLS
• Minimum 1 year of experience in urgent care, same-day, or family practice required
• Skilled in procedures and comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality care
