Excellent Staff to Resident Ratios (1/3 less than VT state average) Per Diem Differential: $2/hour Evening shift differential: $2.50/hour Night shift differential: $4.50/hour Weekend shift differential: $1.55/hour The pay range for this position is $29.29-35.73/hour (Starting salary is determined based on candidate's experience, education, and relevant skills as well as internal equity considerations.)
