Job Summary:

• Assist spine surgeon with in office cervical spine injection procedures
• Place orders in Epic EMR under surgeons directive
• Recording administered injections
• Patient intake including vital signs, medication reconciliation, history etc.
• Prepare patient
• Draws up injection solution
• Assists surgeon during procedure as needed
• Clean exam rooms to prepare for next patient
• Willingly performs other assignments and duties as requested by the supervisor/provider
• Other orthopedic per diem LPN work available if interested

Minimum Qualifications:

• NYS licensed/registered LPN
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior orthopedic or urgent care experience

Work Days:

• Thursdays from 3pm-6:30pm (every week)
