This position is based on-site and involves assessing and providing treatment to residents in various settings, including assisted living, rehabilitation, and memory care.
Key Responsibilities

- Focus on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and managing pain.
- Document patient progress and treatment details in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
