Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while delivering individualized care in a dynamic clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a per diem schedule
Preferred Experience
- Outpatient orthopedic experience
- Experience with one-on-one treatment models
- Interest in wellness, prevention, or functional movement training
