Maximum Healthcare Solutions is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for per diem opportunities at Humboldt Park Health. This position offers flexible scheduling and competitive weekly pay.

Responsibilities
Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU/CCU.
Monitor patients and recognize changes in clinical condition.
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies.
Manage ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other critical-care equipment.
Respond effectively to emergencies and rapid changes in patient status.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow all facility policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
Requirements
Active Illinois RN license.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
Minimum of two years of recent ICU or critical-care experience.
Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and critical-care skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to facility needs.
COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption, if required by the facility.
Must complete all facility onboarding and compliance requirements before starting.
