Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Pediatric Operating Room experience.
License: Active Ohio RN License or valid Multi-State Compact License.

Certifications Required:
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and PALS
TB and Physical Certifications
