Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation | Per Diem

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to support an inpatient rehabilitation team in the Gilbert, Arizona area. This opportunity is ideal for therapists who enjoy working with patients recovering from injury, illness, surgery, and other conditions requiring intensive rehabilitation services.

Position Details

• Location: Gilbert, AZ
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Per Diem
• Openings Available: 3
• Weekend availability required
• Opportunity to float between multiple rehabilitation locations
• Minimum of 2 years of PT experience required

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on recovery goals and discharge recommendations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
